Processing an order of in stock items takes 2-7 business days; once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Custom and/or personalized orders that are made upon request, may take up to 30 business days to process.

Domestic shipping options:
- Store pick-up - FREE.
- Door to door delivery services – $15 - delivery within 3 business days after shipping.
We ship to most parts of the globe via DHL Express with a delivery of 7-14 business days.
- DHL Express – $50 - delivery within 7-14 business days after shipping.

We do our very best to make sure all orders are shipped and delivered on time. Delays in shipping can sometimes happen due to unexpected circumstances such as: bad weather, local/international holidays, customs, strikes, or any other act of God. As a result, parcels might be delayed. Please feel free to contact us in cases where your order takes longer than expected.
Important: mby-shop is not accountable for any additional fees applied by the customer’s country or local freight services. Local fees (applicable for all countries) including (but not limited to): customs, other taxes, storage, handling and service charges, etc. fall under the customer’s responsibility. Please check with your local authority before placing an order.
Orders that were shipped free of charge due to a promotion/sale are subject to shipping fees for any returns.
Please Note: During the months of November and December (holidays season), as well as around Valentine’s Day, shipping might take longer due to the high volume of packages shipped worldwide. Please plan ahead to avoid late delivery. mby-shop cannot be held accountable in any way for delays caused by the circumstances. If you feel that the package is delayed beyond it's reasonable time, please contact us.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction and happiness with our products is very important to us.
We love what we do and create, and we want you to feel the same. Returns or exchanges are accepted by us as long as, the request is submitted within 2 business days from the moment you have received the item.
Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010-5771 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5771-1981
The item must be returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging and in a perfect condition. All returns must be shipped via trackable services. Upon the item’s arrival and after verifying that it is in a prefect condition, we will issue a refund minus shipping charges, fees, handling fees, and customs.

Refunds/exchanges must be approved prior to shipping it back to us.
In case of damage to the item (excluding: fractures, scratches, loss) we will take full responsibility for its repair. The repairs are free of charge, the costs of shipping it to us are not included.
Our repair work is done to the highest standard. If an item was repaired somewhere else, our warranty is void. Please inform us in case someone else has handled the item before shipping it to us.
All shipments from us and to us must be via fully trackable mail.
