Refund policy
Your satisfaction and happiness with our products is very important to us.
We love what we do and create, and we want you to feel the same.
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 054-5907097 and together we will decide what is the most convenient way for you to return the item.
The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and in perfect condition.
All returns must be sent via trackable services. We will be happy to help you order the return shipment at a cost of NIS 45 for shipping.
Upon arrival of the item and after confirming that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund minus shipping fees, commissions, handling fees and customs.
Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 2010-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 2010-1981.
In the case of an item that arrived to you with damage, (not including: broken, scratched, lost) we will take full responsibility for its repair. The repairs are free of charge, shipping costs to us are not included.
Our repair work is done to the highest standard. If an item is repaired elsewhere, our warranty is void. Please let us know if someone else has handled the item before sending it to us.
